Lisa Allen, MSW Founder/President of Those Eyes Can Heal a non-profit organization that supports caregivers and children affected by a loss due to long-term incarceration, community violence, and other losses. Over a decade and a half of directing residential facilities ranging from children, women with children, and section 35 men. Currently she works part time as a therapist working with individuals with a range mental health diagnosis in the state of Massachusetts. Lisa is also the co-owner of L & E Innovative Business Solutions, LLP supporting non-profit organizations develop and implement strategic plans that increase revenue and improve community outcomes.
