Misty Dawn is a 48-year-old Christian woman with compassion and a passion for empowering others. She is outgoing, self-motivated and highly creative with keen attention to detail and quick wit. Misty possesses great courage, tenacity, and has faced many challenges, obstacles and tremendous battles to include her health and traumatic events, but she continued to press though while trusting God to take giant leaps of faith in her lifetime with endurance. She is a beautiful example of turning pain into purpose.
Misty became a United States Marine at 17 years old. She achieved a successful career as an Commissioned Officer Candidate for 8 years. She is now a disabled Veteran and a Retired Civilian Federal Service Agent from the Department of The Interior and Department of Energy where she served as an Executive Manager and EEO and Civil Rights Counselor.
Misty is also a licensed Massage Therapist and Trauma counselor and has owned several businesses. She calls herself an Entre-believer. Her businesses have included, “Happy Wellness’ ‘ which was an integrative Holistic wellness center, Lighthands Therapeutic Massage, and most recently, she has been divinely inspired to build and launch her very own Faith-based revolutionary brand as a Writer and Creative Designer. This brand will transform culture! Lastly, she is currently working on writing a book to tell her story to encourage healing for others who have been through some of the same trials she has conquered because of her faith, as well as co-authoring a future bestseller.
