Kesha Mason Campbell is an author, speaker, personal growth coach, and consultant. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Las Vegas Nevada (UNLV). She worked in finance for 17 years and always has been a resource for others. Her passions are technology, training, writing, and motivating others. As the oldest and only girl among 6 brothers, she has had her share of journeys to take. With 2 of her brothers incarcerated for a combined total of about 20 years. Kesha has had to endure many difficult circumstances. In many of those circumstances, Kesha has had to figure out ways to balance work, life, and family. She taught herself early in life to be successful and not mix business and her personal life together. She found that this principle is a learned behavior that can be unhealthy sometimes so Kesha had to learn to set boundaries. Setting boundaries made it possible to manage all things in her life. These circumstances influenced and birthed her book titled Not Your Journey To Take: How to Maintain Your Lifestyle and Persevere After Your Loved One’s Incarceration. She wrote her book to help women who are struggling to find their way back from losing themselves in their loved one’s situation. Her goal was to share what happens when you are lost and let them know there is a way out. Kesha also shares strategies to teach women no is a complete sentence, show them how to establish healthy boundaries, and put their needs first.
