In 2011 Joslin Neal began her entrepreneurship with Mary Kay Cosmetics teaching women about skin care, and color but little did she know it was so much more. In 2017 she went full force with her business. As her confidence grew, she made it her mission to help women feel good on the inside while looking good on the outside. In 2020 Joslin promoted herself to the top 2% of the company as a Sales Director leading a team of over 40 women and teaching them how to own their power and enrich other women’s lives. That year she earned her first car with the company and her first diamond ring. She and her team partnered with the local Cancer Treatment Centers in Illinois and Texas donating Chemo Care Packages to hundreds of patients. In 2022 she became an Ambassador with the Mary Kay Foundation to help raise funds for cancer research and domestic violence against women. Joslin loves helping and motivating the total woman (mind, body and spirit) and helping them to also see there is so much more that we have on the inside of them. We just have to tap into it and believe it can happen for us and we are worth it all. The motto is truly Faith first, Family second and Career third. Every day Joslin is enriching a woman’s life and blessing her and her family and community.
