Jennifer Jones is Managing Counsel for a Fortune Global 500 Company. She provides advice and
counsel to the Company on all aspects of labor and employment law and oversees litigation. Prior to
joining this Company, Jennifer worked as an employment attorney for two international law firms in the
Dallas, TX area.
While juggling her legal responsibilities, Jennifer is also an advocate for mentoring and women
development. People from all ranks agree that Jennifer’s ability to develop sincere relationships and
have a genuine interest in the development of others are among her greatest strengths.

Beyond this, Jennifer is also active in the community and serves as a Board Member of two local non-
profit organizations dedicated to educational advancement of inner-city youth.

Her contributions to the legal and broader community have not gone unnoticed. She has been
recognized as a Lawyers of Color Hot List Honoree, was named by the National Black Lawyers
Association as one of the Top 40 attorneys Under 40, selected as a finalist in the D CEO Corporate
Counsel Awards, and received the Rising List Award from the National Association of Women Lawyers.
In addition to practicing law and serving in the community, Jennifer also co-owns and manages, with
her spouse, the largest black owned business in the southern sector of the DFW area. She believes that
to whom much is given, much is required, which is why she seizes every opportunity afforded to her.
In her spare time, she enjoys creating invaluable memories with her small children.

on their real estate needs. She received her Master’s in Commercial Real Estate with CoreNet, was
honered in 2015 as a Top Woman in Business by the Phoenix Business Journal and in 2017 was
awarded Commercial Real Estate Broker of the Year by the AZ Journal of Real Estate and Business.
Kathy also spends time volunteering and serving on a number of non-profit boards. Kathy’s service
focus and unique perspective bring a different and more comprehensive approach. Combined with her
understanding of workplace strategies and corporate facilities, all roads lead to Kathy as the the one to

go to for real estate needs.

As a creative writer and entrepreneur, Chelsea Young is passionate about the written word. She has
been the editor-in-chief of “SO Scottsdale” for two years, and her prior magazine publishing career
includes being an editor at AAA Arizona Highroads and Where publications in Phoenix and Scottsdale,
Tuscon and Denver. With a Master’s degree in professional writing, Chelsea truly lives in a world of
words, having written two novels and a screenplay. Chelsea is also the author of the Color Everything
children’s book series, with the first book – The Color of Mother – set to publish in fall of 2018. With
these books, she seeks to encourage and empower, bringing joy and love to young hearts everywhere.
Additionally. Chelsea is the founder of Young Creative, a writing and editing company. A skilled
wordsmith with a keen editor’s eye, Chelsea offers content creation services through Young Creative
ranging from book editing and blogging to writing web copy and marketing collateral.
