Georgina Lopez has it all: God,Passion, Motivation and Vision. She is a seasoned entrepreneur specializing in helping others during the current housing crisis. On a mission to love others and treat them the way that GOD would treat them.She noticed a pattern in people who fought for housing but dealt with unbearable rises in rent and the qualifications that seemed impossible to attain for the average person. She started her own company and purchases homes for renters with the promise that rent would not ever be unaffordable. She researches grants, funding, loans, and joint business ventures that allows her to continue her work. Georgina has always lived in service others and this was no different. She spends her time educating and dispelling the misconceptions of affordable living to hundreds of individuals and families.She is savvy in all things Real Estate and always approaches her business ventures with optimism and faith. With over two decades of experience in real estate, she had to find a way for people who wanted to finding housing to be able to do so and improve their quality of life. Helping people have a place to call home helps restore dignity, happiness and mental peace. At the end of it all, if she is not finding a way for someone else, the assignment is incomplete. This is GODS work and I am his funnel. Georgina focuses on being “God’s Grace In Action,” and she lives those words unapologetically.
