Cierra Conerly-Sims

Cierra Conerly-Sims is a seasoned training and development professional driven by transformative and
conscious leadership. With over 15 years facilitating core and digital processes in the financial
technology industry, Cierra has created processes to streamline client learning and understanding
complex functionality. In her career, she has worked with front-office, back-office, operations, security
administration, managed scheduling, quality, and workflow for digital conversion projects. As a training
consultant, Cierra helps new and seasoned trainers build their professional training skills through
customized focus and development. Cierra also has her own event and wedding planning business, SIS
Events & Services, LLC. She is known as the “Execution Queen” always going above and beyond for
clients to ensure their experience exceeds expectations and execution is flawless. Cierra has a bachelor’s
degree in communication and a master’s degree in organizational leadership. Cierra is obtaining her
doctoral degree in education with a specialization in organizational leadership. Cierra is a proud member
of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. and was honored in 2022 as a Top 22 Under 40 in the Aurora
Magazine. Cierra is also a proud member of Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc., an African American women
sorority focusing on business literacy. Cierra also spends time volunteering and serving on several non-
profit boards. Cierra’s service focus brings a different and more comprehensive approach to business
and leadership. Combined with understanding of corporate training and professional execution, Cierra is
the “go-to” for all leadership, training and motivational needs.
