Toccara Kellogg is an Event Planner/Coordinator Extraordinaire in Atlanta GA. She is married to Joseph Kellogg and they have one daughter. Toccara is originally from Elizabethtown NC, and a graduate of North Carolina A&T state University.
Toccara is the owner of A Touch of Joy Events which is a full service event planning and decorating company. She started this company based off her passion and love for designing and creating themed events. She has been doing events over 10 years and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the industry. Toccara has been asked to travel out of the country to do weddings and events for her clients. She is known for her custom items and creative themed events. She is very outgoing and loves to push the envelope. Her events are classy, elegant and over top but most importantly, memorable for her clients and guest. She ensures her clients are satisfied. Her mission is to add a Touch of Joy, a little Bling, and a lot of Class to her events.
Toccara also has a Financial services business that she shares and partners with her husband. They help people make money, save money, and get out of debt. They teach financial concepts to help you reach financial freedom and independence.
